Based in Manila, Philippines, the chapter operates exclusively for educational and scientific purposes to advance the local computer graphics field. He is the former Head of Technical Services, Training and Research at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abs-cbn.com\/entertainment\/studios\/films\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.abs-cbn.com\/entertainment\/studios\/films\">ABS-CBN Film Productions<\/a>. An architecture graduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman, he has spent more than three decades in VFX, advertising, and film post-production. His current work centers on how generative AI enters creative pipelines, and how studios can document that use clearly. LucidGrid develops the <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/lucidgrid\/technical-evidence-package\">Technical Evidence Package (TEP)<\/a>, an open specification for that purpose.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ranulf Goss<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:14px;font-style:italic\">Vice-Chairman<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/manila.siggraph.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/ranulf.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-209\" style=\"width:150px;height:150px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/manila.siggraph.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/ranulf.jpg 400w, https:\/\/manila.siggraph.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/ranulf-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/manila.siggraph.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/ranulf-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ranulf is a technologist with 20 years of experience across game development, software engineering, and enterprise technical solutions. He is also the President of the <a href=\"https:\/\/cybercraftph.org\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/cybercraftph.org\/\">Cybercraft Philippines Association<\/a>, a role he has held since 2019. He began as a producer at Matahari Studios, where he shipped the Ubisoft-published Wii title Circus Games. He went on to lead game framework work at Blueprint Gaming and directed the Philippine rollout of BBTECH Asia&#8217;s Instawin products. He holds a degree in Computer Studies from De La Salle University and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-794e3cfa wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Miker Rivero<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:14px;font-style:italic\">Treasurer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/manila.siggraph.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/miker.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-208\" style=\"width:150px;height:150px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/manila.siggraph.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/miker.jpg 400w, https:\/\/manila.siggraph.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/miker-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/manila.siggraph.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/miker-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Miker is a game industry veteran who leads <a href=\"https:\/\/communities.unrealengine.com\/quezon-city-metro-manila\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/communities.unrealengine.com\/quezon-city-metro-manila\/\">Unreal Community PHL<\/a>, runs artMiker Studios as Studio Head and Creative Director, and lectures in game art and animation at De La Salle University. He has spent 20 years in game production. His teaching covers technical art, product roadmaps, game business, and systems thinking, mostly in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unrealengine.com\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.unrealengine.com\/\">Unreal Engine<\/a>. Mike served as the chair for <a href=\"https:\/\/lasiggraph.org\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/lasiggraph.org\/\">L.A. SIGGRAPH<\/a> in the 2008-2009, 2013-2014, and 2014-2015 terms and produced many L.A. SIGGRAPH programs.
